When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached. Note that limited edition tour merchandise and 'final sale' items are not eligible for return.
How do I know which size to order?
A detailed size guide is available on each product page. Our apparel generally follows standard unisex sizing unless otherwise specified. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, 'Stick Season' inspired fit.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
