We want you to love your Noah Kahan official merchandise; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
